We Get To Work!
The first initial session will be 90 minutes and it’s where we will take a deep dive into your history, your concerns, and create a tailored plan specific for you and your needs. We will determine if you will benefit from meeting weekly or every other week depending on your goals and where you are in your passion pursuit.
In our ongoing sessions, we will continue to build your awareness, uncover your habits, patterns, and beliefs that are holding you back and you will learn new mindsets and strategies to live the life you want!
